P&A Group took part in the national BITC Give & Gain Day for the fifth year running. This year P&A worked alongside the Caia Park Partnership in Wrexham to give the ‘Sparkles’ nursery outdoor play area a facelift.  Alison Chief Executive Officer of Caia Park said, ‘The volunteering work will have a massive impact on the current 50 children and the 16 staff at the nursery, making it a nicer and safer outdoor area.’
BITC award winners P&A Group have a strong relationship with Caia Park. Steve Morgan MD has been mentoring Alison, Chief Officer of the Caia Park Partnership for two years. Four P&A volunteers took along materials and garden products to improve and develop the outdoor area for the children to enjoy. The volunteers; Dylan, Nathan, Joseph from the Eco-Classroom building team and Nia from marketing installed new willow screening, repaired and painted the fence, created a vegetable and herb garden, weeded and planted new plants as well as creating a new picnic area complete with picnic bench.  Steve said, ‘I am pleased with what we have been able to achieve as a growing company in Wales, positively contributing to the community is part of our company mission statement and as a caring organisation we get a lot of satisfaction from helping others.’
