P&A Group has been award the Investors in People addreditation. P&A has a long-standing timber heritage and includes P&A Pallets and Packaging, a Garden Centre and Woodworks Café, Landscaping Timber Building & Eco Classrooms division, and Zest 4 Leisure division selling timber garden products nationwide. Celebrating our 30th year in business, the P&A Group has been awarded the Investors in People Standard, demonstrating their commitment to realising the potential of their people.
The final assessment highlighted P&A’s continuous improvement and the rolling out of their Lean NVQ training across the company and the fact that employees showed their energy and passion for the projects they are involved in.
Investors in People is the UK's leading accreditation for business improvement through people management, and provides a wealth of resources for businesses to innovate, improve and grow, with a focus on good people making great business.
