The P&A Group joined forces with local residents, businesses, schools and community groups to help in this year’s Mold Spring Clean. Employees and the P&A Panda supported the event, which saw over 1,000 volunteers collect more than 250 bags of rubbish! Springy, the Mold Spring Clean mascot, was in great demand and local children enjoyed meeting him and the P&A Panda. The P&A employees were responsible for collecting litter around the Bromfield Industrial Estate and on Wrexham Road. Mold town manager Dave Hill said,
“I’m really pleased by the growing number of businesses that support the town, through their involvement with community initiatives. I’d like to express a big thank you to all the businesses who take the time and trouble to get involved.”
The Mold Spring Clean instils a sense of pride in the community and ensures the town maintains its pleasant surroundings. Thanks go to all involved for doing a great job in supporting our local environment and community.
