Managing Director: Steve Morgan
Steve started working during school holidays stacking and loading vehicles before moving into fence manufacture. He progressed to pallet production which, then, meant hand-manufacture of pallets using pneumatic nail guns.
Steve studied ‘Timber Technology’ at Buckinghamshire college in High Wycombe, now part of Brunnel university. There he studied many aspects of timber, management and processes and dedicated his final year dissertation to the enhancement of P&A.
On return from college Steve started work as production manager for P&A Pallets and Packaging and subsequently became Production Director for the whole group. In 1999 Malcolm Morgan took on the position of Chairman and Steve took over as Managing Director.
Up until 2005 Steve enjoyed taking part in competitive rugby, playing for his local team – Ruthin, representing North Wales and 2 seasons at Wrexham Northern Counties. His leisure activities are now limited to Karate, running and golf but he is always up for a challenge for charity.
