Garden Centre Manager: Mike Williams

Before joining the team at P&A Mike worked as a quality manager for Stoneflex for 7 years, during which time they achieved quality assurance.

Having bought pallets from P&A while working for Stoneflex Mike moved to P&A as quality manager in 2003. He took on the role of Garden Centre Manager in 2004 and started the landscaping division in 2006 as a team leader. Mike is the first point of contact for customers and trade enquiries and is responsible for garden centre retail.

Assistant Retail Manager: Sharon Jones

Sharon joined the Chester branch of P&A in October 2003 and moved to the main P&A site in Mold to work alongside Mike. With an NVQ Level 3 in Customer Service and previous experience as an NVQ Assessor, Sharon’s understanding of customer requirements has played a strong part in building up the trade side of the business.
